Okay, it’s not the water, deodorant or cooking oil itself you need to be worried about…
It’s chemicals inside that are now being discovered as one of the top causes of low testosterone in men. And here’s the deal — it’s not just one ingredient that you need to watch out for. There are several testosterone-destroying chemicals in these essential products you use everyday.
What’s even scarier is that we know the effects of these toxins can do serious damage to the male body. Unthinkable damage. And I don’t say that lightly.
In recent years, scientists have discovered intersex fish across the United States. They used to be males. But because of a mix of toxins dumped into the water — that mimic estrogen — these male fish have become transsexual.
And these chemicals are EVERYWHERE. In your water, food, cleaning products. Very few men can get away unscathed. Scientists call these chemicals, “xenoestrogens.” Personally, I call them “gender-bending” chemicals. And they’re a cause of serious concern for any man.
In this article, I’m going to let you in on 3 of them that are IN YOUR HOUSE right now and are flipping your testosterone levels upside down and causing your estrogen levels to skyrocket. Then, more importantly, I’ll show you what you can do about it TODAY.
“Plastic Water Bottles”
The main problem with plastic water bottles is the PLASTIC.
All the plastic you use on a daily basis — even the plastic containing precious water that you NEED to surve — increases estrogen. One alarming study from New Zealand even found that the gender-bending chemicals in plastic attaches itself to the water in the bottle. They call it “plastic leaching.”
“In an analysis of commercially available mineral waters, the researchers found evidence of estrogenic compounds leaching out of the plastic packaging into the water. What’s more, these chemicals are potent in vivo and result in an increased development of embryos in the New Zealand mud snail. These findings, which show for the first time that substances leaching out of plastic food packaging materials act as functional estrogens, are published in Springer’s journal Environmental Science and Pollution Research.”
Many chemicals in plastics have been identified as xenoestrogens and antiandrogens. This means that they’ll both increase estrogen and lower testosterone at the very same time. They’re structured similar to estrogens—which means that when they get in the body, they’ll attach to estrogen receptors and amplify the feminizing effect.
Man — you need to stay away from plastics.
But if you absolutely can’t… I know a way to “deaden” the effects of these “estrogen-bending” chemicals. Check it out here.
Shaving Cream, Shampoo, Soap, Deodorant, And More
Any product that smells good and you use to “get cleaned up” for a date or to wind down after a long day of work is likely knocking your testosterone levels down for the count. And skyrocketing your estrogen levels.
Feels like a punch in the gut doesn’t it?
Many store-bought personal care items like shaving cream, shampoo, body wash, soap, sunscreen and so much more are filled with those gender-bending xenoestrogens that I mentioned earlier. (Except you’ll never find the ingredient “xenoestrogen” on the package.)
The silver lining is — there’s a way to identify which personal care items to stay away from by looking at the label and seeing parabens prefixes (methyl-, butyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, heptyl-, etc). These are known to raise estrogen and lower testosterone just like the plastics I mentioned above.
Still, I don’t know any man who wants to sit in the shampoo or shaving cream aisle and read through every ingredient on the package to see if it has these harmful chemicals. And honestly, most of the products have them anyways.
But listen, before you go throw away hundreds (maybe even thousands) of dollars worth of grooming products you have at home right now… I want to give you a BETTER option. There’s a way to set up a “gender-bending” chemical defense shield in your body to avoid being overpowered by these estrogens. Take a look at it here. You’ll be glad you did.
If you’ve been around this site for a while, you know I’m a big fan of cooking oil… the RIGHT cooking oil.
Oils like olive oil, argan oil, coconut oil… these are the kinds of oils you want in your diet. They’re rich in healthy fats that boost testosterone levels. However, most cooking oils out there are going to wrestle your testosterone levels into submission — because they contain polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs).
And if you don’t cook your own food, or go out for a meal on the town, it’s likely that unless you make a special request, your food is going to get cooked in vegetable oils that are high in PUFAs.
Multiple studies have shown that PUFAs stimulate estrogen production and increase activity towards estrogen receptors in humans. This basically means that with every sip or bite, you self-sabotage your body.
As a man, you need to avoid vegetable oil at all cost.
But if you want to roll the dice, and take your chances at a restaurant on a night out with your lady, check out this beverage you can drink before you go that’ll protect your body from an estrogen overload.
Listen man… water, deodorant, cooking oil (and so much more) all lower testosterone and raise estrogen levels. And if you don’t do something about it now, it’s going to have gender-bending effects on your body.
That’s why I created a ‘defense against estrogen’, just for men, that’s made up of nature’s most potent estrogen blockers and flushers…
…That is, the ONLY ingredients in nature that can naturally block estrogen and remove it from your body.
You can learn more about it here, it’s called “Man Boost”, and it’s your best defense against the chemical estrogens that have become unavoidable in our moder society.
